Tweaking Display in iOS?

I have an assignment in Canvas that I want to be able to score using SpeedGrader in iOS. But iOS doesn't play nicely with Canvas... see screenshots showing differences in how Canvas renders the same assignment display in both settings. First image is as seen in a Chrome browser (Version 43.0.2357.130 m) using Win7. Second image is the same submission as seen on an iPad 2 Air with iOS 8.3 using the SpeedGrader app. The content is there, but the formatting significantly alters what the student submitted. It is less an issue with this particular assignment, but likely to cause me to avoid using SpeedGrader on other assignments due purely to display formatting. Is there something I can do to tweak the display in iOS to get my iPad (or iPhone) to display closer to how the assignment appears in a browser?
