EvaluationKit is not showing a valid survey link in random courses and is blocking students from accessing the course.
We have our surveys set to block students after three delays. But over the last 2-3 semesters, they click on the notification box and it pops up "Page Not Found". The course ID in EvalKit is not the same as the one in Canvas.
The course has not been reset, we haven't changed our SIS ID number. Nothing has changed on the Canvas side...as far as I can tell.
Is this an integration problem? Is this a Canvas problem?
EK tells me it's because Canvas is changing the SIS ID, which is not true in all cases. It seems to be random.
Where else can I look to solve this one? At this point, we will need to rethink how we deploy surveys as we can't block students taking final exams.
