I was registered for "organizing your account" training today Aug 8, 4-5pm, I launched the event before time and until 4:23 it says meeting has not started... please wait until host arrives". What might be the issue?

We have pinpointed the breakdown in scheduling that lead to your training session having no trainers and are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again. This same session will be offered again on August 16th, 21st, and 27th and I assure you that not one but two trainers will be in attendance to deliver it. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can improve the training experience for all

I really was hoping to finish my admin trainings this week but this could not happen. Our school is starting in September and implementing canvas for the first time, we need enough time to get clarity on the process. I would suggest if a makeup training can be scheduled earlier or a previous recorded version is made available.
