I have a teacher who cannot see any of his courses, but when I "act as user" under his profile, I can see his courses and students.
Hi Rebecca! In the situation you describe, the first thing I would do is make sure that the user account you're "acting as" is that same as the one he's actually using to log in.
I've definitely had situations where, for one reason or another, someone had more than one account created. So, confirm what login name he's using, and check the page accesses/login records to confirm that the account you're looking at is the same one he's using.
If he's definitely using the same account, have him clear the browser cache or try and different browser, and have him look under "All Courses" and not just the dashboard?
I'd also check to see if the teacher is using the app on their phone. Sometimes the app doesn't match what shows up on the computer screen.
