Do I need to "publish" my master course before I copy it to a new course shell? I have "published" all the individual content in the course but not the overall course.
Hi sharon barber Thank You for posting your question. Your "master" course doesn't need to be published in order to copy content from it to your up-coming Fall course. Publishing a course is meant mostly for student access...and since you most likely do not have students in your "master" course, there isn't a need to publish it. Refer to How do I publish a course? (especially the blue boxed area) for information on publishing a course. Hope this helps, Sharon.
Thank you that cleared up my question. So I don't publish the master course
since it isn't going to be accessed directly by students.
