Our college is considering the use of Outcomes to track student attainment of our general college goals across all academic areas. Our plan is to publish assignments with attached rubrics to the Commons and have instructors import the assignments into their respective courses where that learning goal is assessed. The Outcomes Results report allows us to aggregate all outcomes data by term into a single spreadsheet file which we can then compile, format and filter the data to analyze assessment results. I'm wondering if anyone else has adopted a strategy to facilitate this process? Also, does anyone know how long the outcomes data remains on the system for reporting? Thanks for any ideas you may have and out college would appreciate talking with any other Canvas institution that has a strategy in place. Thanks.
