I'm importing content from a canvas course export package, and it's taken an hour so far ... is something wrong? I don't even know how to cancel the import

I don't have a lot of experience importing content from a canvas course export package, but one possibility for the long wait time may be because of this time of the year. It's the start of a new Fall semester for many people, so queues may be backed up a bit. One thing I might suggest is to contact the Help Desk folks at Canvas to see if they are able to dig into this issue a bit more for you. Canvas support can typically be found within your "Help" menu on the left hand side of your Canvas environment. How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?
