I teach three sections of the same class, but one of my classes does not display on the students' Canvas dashboard. I cannot determine the reason. Can anyone give me advice? All sections are published.
Hi Sheila Fielding - Check that the Starts date is accurate. If today is before the Start date, students will not see it on their dashboards. Assuming your institution allows you to change it, you can see how it's done here: How do I change the start and end dates for a course? I would say this should solve it in 99% of the cases, based on my own experience. Also, double-check that the term was set correctly by your institution while you're there. If there is still an issue, it may be time to check with your local support center at your institution; I imagine they may have dealt with the issue before!
