Wondering if it's possible to find how many scans have been done, which subaccount...or any info that is out there or that we could set up to pull.
Kevin, UDOIT doesn't currently have an institutional data interface, but we are developing one that will be released in the coming months. In the meantime, you can always query the database directly. If you want to know how many scans have been done, you can look at the number of rows in the "reports" table. Here are some other reports you can run:
Courses with the most errors: (Pulls the scan with the most errors from each course. They could be old scans, though. You could always put a date boundary on this to narrow things down.)
SELECT course_id, MAX(errors)FROM reportsGROUP BY course_idORDER BY MAX(errors) DESC
Scans per day:
SELECT COUNT(1) AS scans, DATE(date_run) as dateFROM reportsGROUP BY DATE(date_run)
Scans per user:
SELECT user_id, COUNT(1) AS scansFROM reportsGROUP BY user_idORDER BY scans DESC
Scans per course:
SELECT course_id, COUNT(1) AS scansFROM reportsGROUP BY course_idORDER BY scans DESC
Hope this helps! Our reporting interface is mostly done, it just needs some testing and refinement before release.
I am not sure of your answer but am going to refer this question over to Jacob Bates who is one of the creative minds behind udoit.
Thanks! Very helpful, Jacob Bates! I look forward to the interface!
