How can I make in a introduction video
Hi Alicia , and Welcome to the Canvas Community!
Wow, that is a very broad question, because there are so many varied ways you can create a video, and almost all of those ways can be uploaded into Canvas!
Without knowing more, the only solution I can offer is the built-in Canvas media recorder. Learn more at How do I record a video using the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
This is a very limited option, so if you can provide us with more info, we can most likely provide you with a host of other options.
To receive full credit for this threaded discussion, you MUST post your initial reply using the Canvas video recording tool (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. by 11:59 PM on October 6 & comment on the reply of at least TWO classmates by 11:59 PM on October 13.
Hello Aaliyah Shakir Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. I'm not sure if you realized this or not, but you have posted your question to the global Canvas Community website where people from around the world come to ask questions, share Feature Ideas, blog, review "how to" Guides, and a whole lot more...all about Canvas. I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Are you an instructor or a student? It almost sounds as if the assignment is asking to use the video recording tool to post a message as part of a discussion posting...in which case, the link you provided should be of help. If you can provide some additional details for us here in the Community, that would be helpful. Thanks!
Hello there, Alicia GORAJEWSKI...
I have been reviewing older questions here in the Community, and I wanted to check in with you. I noticed that we have not heard back from you since you first posted your question on August 29, 2018. Kelley L. Meeusen is correct that we would need some more information from you in order to help narrow down exactly what you'd like to do to create an introduction video. He has provided one way to do this, but there are many different options available (not all in Canvas, by the way). So, depending on what you'd like to do, we can suggest other options for you, too. So, if you could please come back to this topic to provide us with an update, that would be helpful. Also, if you feel that Kelley's response has helped to answer your question, please feel free to mark his response as "Correct". For the time being, I am going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered" because we've not heard back from you. However, that won't prevent you or others from posting additional questions and/or comments below that are related to this topic. I hope that's alright with you, Alicia. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
