My quiz doesnt show the option to take the quiz even though the number of attempts is unlimited. Please help asap.
Hi Nikita. I'm sorry to hear about this problem. Do you see any messages on the quiz about it not being open until a particular time? It is possible for a quiz to be locked until a day/time but this is stated on the quiz itself. I don't know web browser you are using, but I would also try in both Chrome and FireFox to see if this make a difference (sometimes it does).
If this doesn't work I would suggest contacting Canvas Support. There are normally options in your class under the question mark symbol in the global navigation pane when you are logged in to Canvas. You might also try looking on this page and consider contacting the support group at your institution to see if they can help you out, ITS Service Center / U-M Information and Technology Services
