I don’t have the classes I am registered for, and that are using canvas, showing up in dashboard. I also have classes I am not registered for showing up in my dashboard. How do I fix this or who do I contact to fix this?

For enrollment questions such as yours, you're going to want to reach out to either your instructor or (better yet) a local Canvas administrator at your school who would be able to help resolve these issues so that you have the courses you signed up for.
