Can't Access and Training

Our district has purchased Canvas and indicated that we have access to all of this training; however, I have been unable to access anything. I keep getting an error message each time that I click register. I have tried different browsers with the same result: "Site cannot be reached." This is quite frustrating, and I feel that I have invested way too much time on this. I am reasonably tech savvy and was excited about using Canvas, but I cannot justify the time. I can't imagine my less tech savvy colleagues even attempting this.  All that I know about it is what I have learned by exploring, but I haven't learned enough to warrant using it. Everything that I have taught myself so far, I feel works better in Google Classroom. Please advise.
