Canvas Parent App on my iPhone is not working.

I created a Canvas Parent Account as an observer today. The Canvas desktop version works fine. I only have problems when I try to log on to the Canvas Parent App on my iPhone.


I got a message that says, No Enrollments - You need at least one active observer enrollment to use Canvas Parent. On my desktop, I can view both of my children's classes, but not on my iPhone...I don't know what to do.


I need someone to help me...Please!
