Why this platform has such bad user interface. Take a hint from Edmodo.
With Canvas Teacher, the correct institution needs to be selected within the app before your username and password will work. (How do I log in to the Teacher app on my iOS device?) If you still are having issues with signing in, reach out to your local Canvas support team. (How do I get help with the Teacher app on my iOS device?)
I'm sorry that you're frustrated with modules. I teach, and I love what modules have done to the organization of my curriculum. One of the nicest things about Canvas is that it's flexible. Instructors and institutions can decide which features to use and how to leverage them to best reach their students.
If you have an idea to share with Instructure that would improve your overall experience, feel free to submit a feature idea in Ideas. Canvas Community members are actively discussing many many features on a daily basis! (How do I create a new feature idea in the Canvas Community? )
Hi Aaron Geiskopf -
I'm sorry that your question has gone unanswered for so long! Were you able to find your username to use with the Canvas Student app?
If yes, great! What was the issue?
If not, the best place to start is double-checking your Canvas Student app, making sure that you have selected your institution, rather than the default. Your username is unique to your school. (How do I log in to the Student app on my iOS device?)
No. I'm. A teacher and want to is the app on my iPhone.
But in general your software is built like a junky online college course. "Moduals" are cumbersome and un-necessary. Ed mood has User interphase down and didn't need to use contrived language and interfaces for education. Posting content shouldn't take Sammy steps.
Junk software that is simply dated.
Hello there, Aaron Geiskopf@gmail.com...
I have been reviewing older questions here in the Canvas Community, and I stumbled upon your question. I wanted to check in with you because I noticed that there hasn't been any new activity in this topic since Kristin Lundstrum's reply on March 8, 2019. Have you had an opportunity to review her latest response? Did any of the feedback that Kristin provided help to answer your question? If so, please feel free to mark one of her replies as "Correct". However, if you are still looking for some help from members of the Community, please come back to this thread to post a message below letting us know how we might be able to help you. For the time being, I am going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered" because there hasn't been any new activity in this topic for a couple months. However, that won't keep you or others from posting comments and/or questions below that are related to this topic. I hope that's alright with you, Aaron. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
