My child's classes are not showing up on my parent account, but they do show up on her's. How do I add the courses? Thank you.
Hi Soo Yang - When you created your Observer account, did you use your student's pairing code? If you did and the courses are not appearing, look at your favorite courses and double-check that the current terms are starred in the list. If you are still unable to see your students' courses, please reply! I'm happy to help you troubleshoot.
Hi. Stefanie. Thank you for your help! I see one of the courses listed
under "All Courses" but it is marked "No" under "Published" column. The
other class, AP Chemistry, is not listed at all under "All Courses".

Once a course is ready for participants, the teacher has to publish it. Once they do, you'll be able to add it to your "favorited" courses. With the AP Chemistry course, it's interesting that it's not listed anywhere. Is that the one that is listed on your daughter's account but not yours?
Kristin, I'll ask the teacher to publish the class. As for AP Chem, that is
the course that is listed in my daughter's account but not mine.

Because there's only a single course not appearing, I encourage you to create a help ticket (How do I get help with Canvas?) and connect directly with your district's Canvas Administrator. In the ticket, explain what you shared here. They should be able to provide more insight that the Canvas Community can because it's likely account-specific. Good luck!
