I see on this page that is is possible to have group managers in Commons. How do I create and manage Groups in Commons? "As part of managing groups, you can add group managers. Group managers can change the group's name, add or remove group members, make other members group managers, and edit or delete resources shared to the group."
I (top level admin) created a group, and added a user to the group and designated them as 'group manager'. But when I get into commons on their account, I see no difference in the interface that allows a new level of privilege to manage users or resources.
Any idea if this is just not working, or......?
