Has anyone experienced an issue where a user could not scroll down within a Stimulus style question area? They couldn't see the chart and all the questions attached. They were using Chrome on a Chromebook.No other kids experienced it in the class. All using same device.
Hi Jonathan. That is very strange. I haven't experienced this myself but haven't tried Quizzes.Next with a wide variety of devices. I would think that because it worked for everyone else, it is a problem specific to that device. Maybe another application is running which caused the image download to fail, Chrome or the Chromebook had updated but not successfully, or the computer lost connection to wifi?
It would be interesting to hear if anyone else has experienced something similar and if you get it working again. I would try updating the Chromebook and Chrome, restarting the system, and then logging in again to see if the same problem arises.
