We import from our SIS, but I am seeing lots of old (graduated, retired, moved on) users in our instance. Is there a quick way to do clean up?
You could run a provisioning report to get all of the Users for a specific term, then change their status to deleted and manually load that file via the SIS Imports page. In the documentation it states "When a user is 'deleted' it will delete the login tied to the sis_id. If the login is the last one, all of the users enrollments will also be deleted and they won't be able to log in to the school's account. If you still want the student to be able to log in but just not participate, leave the student 'active' but set the enrollments to 'completed'."
We do not delete users from our instance yet, so I have not really tried this process.
