I have been reviewing older postings here in the Canvas Community, and I stumbled upon your question. I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting here for over five months without a response. It appears as though you may have stumped the Community with your question. Have you been able to resolve the problems you were having with your Chromebook and Canvas since you first posted your question back on September 30, 2018? If so, would you mind sharing an update with us and how it was resolved? Or, if you are still looking for some help from members of the Community, please let us know that as well. You might also try and reach out to the Canvas Support folks to see if they have any ideas for you:
