Can't import from Commons

We have had canvas for a couple years.  I have always been able to upload lessons to commons and then import them into my class.  However, now I have message stating that, "you have no courses to import to, become a teacher, teacher aide, or course designer in the course you wish to import to"  I have a ticket and went to Commons, Settings and took it out of the "approved integrations" and then went back into to Commons thinking it would reauthorize me but never got a message and it let me in and I was able to view things but I cannot share/import them into my courses.  See attached
