It appears that I have learners that are having intermittent issues accessing a discussion thread. Is this a bug? Is anyone else having an issue? I'm not getting any help from my institution tech support. Thanks!

Hi Bridget Powell - I have not heard of this at my own institution, though recently Eric Whitmer posted a bug that he was witnessing that had with students having no reply buttons: Blank Submission Issues Discussions . You may want to send this to Canvas Support to look into (Help>>Report a Problem). In some cases, that menu link will lead you back to your institution's support, which you indicated wasn't helpful, in which case you'll have to ask them to elevate it. In the meantime, a few suggestions from prior experience:
