We are unable to get our test badge pathways to work in Canvas. Emailing support for help is not eliciting any kind of responses - NONE!
Where can we get help?
We get a large volume of support requests and work through them as quickly as possible. I don't see any recent help requests from you though. Make sure to send them to firstname.lastname@example.org to get into our queue.
We will be launching our European Pathways data center very soon, likely within a month. Then users of our Badgr data centers outside the US will be able to use Pathways as well!

We are (hopefully) planning to get this in action although will create our pathways from a different server as based in Europe and some different data protection/privacy issues.
If you would like me to try to set up a test one on our site I can try to give it a go?
