cannot use 'my course' tab on PC

I use the portal on my iphone, my ipad, a mac and a pc. I can login no problem on all the different devices. I do use the pc more than the others but the last couple of weeks on the pc when I click on the my course tab it comes up a little disoriented/crazy and is unusable. The attached doc shows what the screen looks like. On the pc, I can click through all the others tabs normally no problem on  I have rebooted refreshed and shutdown and nothing is working. It is just on the pc that the my course tab does not work anymore.


any help would be greatly appreciated.
