I concluded a course and my students say they can no longer see it. I thought it would be in "read only" mode for them. How do I re-open it?

Make sure that in your course settings "Restrict students from viewing course after end date" is NOT checked.
It is not checked off. Is there another reason why the student is saying that they cannot see the material? Could it be archived on their end and they need to go looking for it?
It is likely, then, that this is how your school concludes its terms, and you will need to contact your Canvas Admin/Support folks.
However, one last trick you can try from your course setting page - remove any end date that might be present. Or, add a date in that field that is farther out, then check that checkbox. that sometimes will also work.

Another thing to check is to be sure that the students are looking under Coures > All Courses, and not just at the Dashboard that they see when they log in. Concluded courses no longer appear in the Dashboard.
