In the past, I have used the ExamView Pro App Version 6.21 in order to create assessments for Angel (a Blackboard platform). I have recently discovered that Canvas will import Blackboard 6/7/8 export zips files and place them in a question bank. Therefore I tried to upload the other 19 assessments (Blackboard files) to Canvas but each assessment states that it is in a queue. These assessments have been in the queue for over an hour. How do I fix this problem?

That is unusual, normally you would see some progress within that time. If the items haven't moved any further by the time you read this, I would suggest contacting Canvas Support using the 'Help' menu within Canvas to Report a Problem.
It is likely that they will need to have a look at your specific case and instance to ascertain the problem further.
