This problem has just occurred, she has had no problems through the rest of the semester. I have tried manually opening the quiz for her and given her multiple tries, but no luck. Meanwhile, the rest of the class has had no problmes.
When I have seen 1 student have issues while all the other students in the class are not, it has come down locally to something on the students computer. Whether it be they are using an out of date browser or just something not compatible.
I would recommend creating a canvas support tickets, as we in the community are unable to see what browser and computer the student is using like Canvas support can.
Hi there Kim, you may also want to try having the student clear the cache on the browser that they are using. There is documentation on how to clear it for both Windows and MacOS.
