When I try to upload Word or PDF documents onto my module it keeps saying "failed to create new item." The documents are about 250 KB each. I have tried on different computers and web browsers, and it says the same thing.
Have you reached or exceeded the quota for your course? Click on the Files tab in your course and look at the bottom to see how much space you have left in your course quota. I've put a screenshot below of what it should look like. If it shows 100% or over, contact your local admins to see if they can up your quota, or see if there might be some files you can remove from the course to create more space.
Hi Tim Greve - I hope you are doing well! I was reviewing older questions, and I found this thread from early December. You asked for help with uploading files to modules, and Rick asked a follow-up question. Was your quota the issue with your files, or was it something else? It would be great to hear from you!!
