I'd like to print assignments. I don't see how to do it in Canvas. When I copy and paste into a Word document, the formatting is weird and annoying. Thanks.
Hi Stephanie, thanks for coming to the community. I think perhaps the solution you are looking for may come from downloading the submissions first, you would then have access to those documents and could open them up and print them from there rather than having to do a copy and paste.
Here is a link that shows how download your submissions: How do I download all student submissions for an assignment in SpeedGrader?
That worked superbly! Thank you. Now, do I need to re-upload the
assignments, or can I just close out the zipdrive and assume they'll still
be there in Canvas?

The submission will remain there but, if you are putting feedback on the submissions you should upload the document you put comments or feedback on. Here is a guide showing how to do that: How do I leave feedback comments for student submissions in SpeedGrader?
Thank you for that reply! Now, I'm editing an Assignment and I'd like to
link to a URL, but in a new window. I couldn't find that in the Canvas
Guide. Is it possible?

I would suggest you put the link to the URL in a comment for the student, if that is what you are wanting. Here is a guide showing how to leave feedback: How do I leave feedback comments for student submissions in SpeedGrader?
