Best Practices: Rubrics @ the sub-account level

Hello Canvas Experts, 


Has anyone designed and incorporated rubrics at their schools/departments/programs sub account level? If so what are some of your best practices when doing this? How do you communicate with faculty regarding the availability of these rubrics? Is there anyway we can share rubrics? I checked the commons, but it doesn't look like rubrics are a filter option. Thanks for all your help and guidance!
