I am not able to see the attachment sent by my professor.He sent me twice but both times I am unable to see the attachment.
Hi Suman Poudel Welcome to the Canvas Community. My hunch is that your instructor attached a file when replying to a message using his own email system that you sent to him through the Canvas Inbox. Without getting too deep in to the complexities of all of this, this is a known issue and actually is mentioned in the footer of the email that is sent out. This IS a current Feature Idea in the Canvas Community that you can read about (and vote upon) here and one that you may also want to point out to your instructor so that he is aware of this: Attachments to Inbox from External Email .
The bottom line is that you should ask your instructor to either send the attachment using the Canvas Inbox (as covered here in the online guide: How do I attach a file to a message as an instructor? ) or he should NOT reply to your original message using his own email system, but rather send one directly to you from his email system to your own Alamo.edu student email address.
