First time using Canvas, my winter course isn't showing up under my courses. I checked in "all courses" but nothing is there either. I am getting canvas messages from my professor, but I have no idea how to see my course.
I wanted to check with you, the email address you are receiving the notifications on, is that the same email address you are using to log in? I always recommend checking the 'TO' email address on the notifications, just in case you have managed to get two accounts for some reason.
If that is not the case, I would recommend getting into contact with your school, there are some contact details available at the bottom of this page https://portal.mycod.us/College-of-Desert-Production/Help. They can look into your specific account on their Canvas instance and help figure out what might be the problem. I personally wonder if the course has yet to be published and that is why you are not seeing it.
