Varying Points for Different Quiz Answers

I would like to build a quiz question as a Script Concordance style.  This asks a question with a stem, such as "If you know the patient is overweight, how does this affect your likelihood of diagnosing diabetes?"  The answers then vary in accuracy, "Much more likely", "More likely", "Neither more or less likely", "Less likely", "Much less likely".  In this case, "Much more likely" could get 2 points, "More likely" would get 1 point, and all others would get 0 points.

I do not see a way to assign different point values to different answers within the same quiz question.  I suspect there may be a clever workaround, but I can't think of it.

Script concordance questions are becoming quite valuable in medicine, so this functionality is really needed.  Thank you!
