The audio on all of the videos is not working. Audio on other websites work, just not on the canvas website. I tried different browsers, clearing my cache and cookies, using a different computer, etc. Is there anything else I need to do?

Since this is a global forum where Canvas users from around the world gather to exchange their ideas about how to use Canvas, we are not in a position to help troubleshoot issues like this. Canvas overall isn't experiencing any issues with audio or video, so the problem may well be specific to a particular course or due to a setting in your device configuration. Your best course of action would be to initiate a help ticket so that a member of Canvas Support can inspect the course as well as your operating system and browser version. You can request assistance from Support by clicking on the Help link in your global navigation menu (How do I get help with Canvas as a student?)
