.zip files Question Bank not working

I have downloaded a .zip file from the Cengage site and followed instruction to Import the file in Canvas.  There is no option about Quizzes as I see in so many tutorials.  I can downloaded the files successfully but cannot seem to actually use them to create quizzes.  There are not question banks, just the downloaded files.  I have watched countless tutorials and all I can figure is the .zip file is not a QTI file.  How can I successfully use the test banks from Cengage without hand typing everything in.  Thanks.
