I'm using Google Chrome, and I'm having trouble accessing a presentation. I've tried to add the site to my flash settings, but I'm having difficulties.
Anna Pearce, please accept this very belated Welcome to the Canvas Community! I apologize that your question has been sitting out here for so long without a response. Flash settings can be tricky. Were you ultimately able to view the presentation in Chrome or a different browser? My anecdotal experience is that I have had better luck in Firefox than Chrome, and better luck on my PC than my Mac.
