I am not able to open and download some of my courses' slides on modules. When I tried to open it is blank. What should I do to solve this issue?
Arda, greetings and welcome to the global Community of all Canvas users! Since it sounds like you can open some of slides, but not others, this sounds like it might be an issue with the file more than a Canvas or computer issue. Yet, to be safe, you might want to try a differemt
computer if possible and a different Internet browser (Firefox or Chrome).
If this doesn’t work, my recommendation is to contact your Instructor and let them know what’s happening and contact Canvas Suppoet (click on the Help link and Report a Problem).
