On some of the student Canvas accounts, Pdfs and files aren't opening. Why is this?

Shawn Churchill, sometimes when students have issues like this it is related to their Internet browser. My initial recommendation would be to have any student with this issue switch to a different browser. Normally we have people switch between Firefox and Chrome and this resolves the issue.
