Is it possible to correct an assignment in Canvas, or do I have to download it to the computer first?

It's totally possible to grade assignments in Canvas. The tool to do this is called Speedgrader and here a link to all of the guide pages related to it https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10460#jive_content_id_SpeedGrader

And below is a guide more specific to annotating submitted papers. How do I add annotated comments in student submissions using DocViewer in SpeedGrader?
