Changing the color of the catalog footer links

Hello,

Has anyone had success with changing the color of the first line of links in the footer of the catalog?  I just want the two lines to match and be visible.  I've changed the color everywhere I can find on the CSS and can't get that color to be white instead of grey. Is there somewhere else in the CSS I should be looking?

/*Format the footer for all catalog pages*/
#app-footer {
background-color: #1d5fab;
font-size: 14px
color: #ffffff
padding-top: 30px;

/*To change the size of the first row of footer links, add to above code*/
font-size: 14px
color: #ffffff;
}

/*Format the second row of copyright information*/
.small {
font-size: 12px;
color: #ffffff;
}

Thanks in advance!
