Gradebook was more user friendly on Blackboard.

I don't use a point total and would like to eliminate it from my gradebook.  My grades are weighted - 3 quizzes worth 50%, 3 practical exams worth 30%, a final worth 20%, and an end of course presentation worth 10%.

In Blackboard I was able to calculate these grades from within the website.   Can I do the calculation in an excel spreadsheet and import it in a CSV file?

How do I delete the totals column that showed up?  I don't use it and it is misleading to the students/has no relevance for my courses.

Lastly, again in Blackboard, I was able to upload my grades, review them, then publish them when I was ready.  From what I have seen, it looks like the grades are published as soon as I upload the CSV file.  Unpublishing them deletes them completely and I had to reupload them.

Thank you.
