The SpeedGrader in Canvas is down. The document section where I grade states the following:
Service is currently unavailable. Try again later.Anyone know of any fixes?
Hi Jesse, I'm not having any problems with the SpeedGrader right now. I can open documents in one of my assignments, and Instructure's status page doesn't list any current problems. The issue could be limited to your institution's Canvas environment or perhaps even the specific assignment you're looking at if students have uploaded files in an unrecognised format, for example. If you haven't already, I recommend logging a support ticket with Instructure - click "Help" on the lefthand menu in Canvas then "Report a problem". Hopefully they can fix it for you.
