ePortfolio image upload not working

Previously students have added an image to their eportfolio pages using the link on the right hand side of the page. The images previously inserted and any new images appear like this.

As a broken link. This previously would just display the image on the page. Linking the link downloads the image to the computer rather than displaying it inline.
