hi im locked out my quizz i already updated my google chrome
Hello janelle aguilar Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thanks for posting your question. Sorry to read that you are locked out of your quiz. Having an updated version of Chrome shouldn't be related to being locked out of your quiz, however. For a situation like this, the vast majority of Community members would not be able to help troubleshoot this with you because we do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your specific course. I would highly recommend that you reach out to your instructor to let him/her know of the situation. Your instructor should be able grant you more time (per his/her Guidelines that have been set for the course...if any) so that you can access the quiz again.
