I can't seem to find it.
Hi Nick and welcome to the Canvas Community! There are a few reasons why a course many not appear on your dashboard including that you recently registered for the course and the enrollment has not been updated in Canvas yet, your instructor has not published your course, or the course is not "favorited". You could go to "courses" and "all courses". If you see the course there you should be able to click on the star next to it so that the class will appear on your dashboard (see How do I customize my Courses list as a student? for more information).
The Canvas support group at your institution or support through Canvas itself (question mark icon in Canvas) would be able to look for this class and see if you are enrolled, not enrolled, or if the class is unpublished.

Hi Nick. We haven't heard from you in a while so I thought I would check in and see if you were able to find a resolution to the problem you reported.
