I am having problems viewing supplemental videos on Canvas. My instructor says he is not having problems opening them up, but my attempts say the video has not been unlocked yet. What do I do?
Donald, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this problem! For something like this, your best bet would be to contact Canvas Support. To do this, go to one of the video in Canvas, click the Help link (bottom left), and Report a Problem.
