I've suddenly lost all images in Canvas. The link still shows but the actual image doesn't display. I need help as I'm putting the final touches on a course and it's due today.
David, this seems to be an on and off again issue. I'm hoping that your images are back, but if they are still missing then I'd contact Canvas support by clicking the Help link in Canvas and "Reporting a Problem."
Is there a chance that Instructure would put a little more time to investigate how to stabilize this issue? I have faculty who are not getting the "warm & fuzzies," over the possibility that during a quiz the images will not appear. Then having to filter emails and/or phone calls form students requesting new attempts because of system glitch.
