I am trying to figure out how to edit the Course Setup Checklist - is it possible at all? Where can I as an admin find the content and make it more institution specific?

Maria, greetings! As far as I'm aware you can't... which is why we have it turned off at our school. Here is a featured idea for this - Institution Specific Course Setup Checklist: Make it Relevant - and I would recommend voting and commenting on why it would be so helpful!
