When logging in, all upcoming events do not show, but the numbers for those events do. Are they hidden for some reason?

We do have plenty of training offerings that seem to be available to other users. Have you had this problem before? Have you tried clearing your cache and browser history? Have you tried using a different browser? Could you be accessing this on a network that might be blocking material?
I just registered today so I haven't had the chance previously to see whether or not this was originally working. I've cleared my cache on Chrome and it still doesn't show anything. I also used Firefox and the issue repeats. I've tried from my phone that isn't on my org's wifi and still the same issue, unfortunately.
Let's first make sure that you're following the appropriate steps. Please watch this video at the bottom of the page and make sure that you are logging into both the Community and the Training Portal. If this looks like what you're doing and you're still having an issue, I will send your contact information to one of our Community staff.
Please let me know if this fixes the issue.
Unfortunately even after I am logged in to both portals (same org email for both), there's still no events.
It appears that this is an old case that I dropped the ball on. Are you still having issues accessing training?
