I accidentally created a new canvas account and can't get back to my other one with my classes. How can I fix that? I'm logged in under my student account but on canvas, it says I'm not enrolled.
Hello Antionette and welcome to the Canvas Community! Are you trying to access Canvas through a laptop/desktop or through a mobile device? If you are on a computer, I would try logging out of Canvas, closing all of your browser windows, clearing the browser cache and then attempting to log back in with your institution's Canvas login (here, I believe, Using Canvas for the First Time | Cal State LA). On a mobile device try going to the menu, which for iOS is the three lines in the upper left-hand side of the screen. This should open a menu where you can log off. If you haven't already done so, I would log off and try then to log back in with your institutional account.
Do either of these approaches work? If not I would consider contacting Canvas Support (question mark icon in Canvas) or the department at your university that supports Canvas as either group may have ideas based on your specific student account.
